patientIdentifier

public static Optional<Identifier> patientIdentifier(Object request,
 Map<String,Object> parameters)

Determines the identifier of the patient the conditional update or delete is about. In this order, it is taken from

1. the Iti104Parameters the Manager has received
2. the Iti104Constants.ITI104_PATIENT_IDENTIFIER_HEADER header
3. the request itself, if it is an identifier (for a delete) or a Patient that has exactly one identifier (for an update)

Parameters:

request - request, i.e. the Patient or the identifier of the patient to be deleted

parameters - request parameters or Camel headers

Returns:

the identifier of the patient, if it could be determined

toToken

Parameters:

identifier - identifier

Returns:

the identifier as FHIR token, i.e. system|value
