Base64SplittingFilter	Splits the document content out of a large FHIR upload before the body reaches the FHIR parser.
StagedContent	Document content that has been extracted from a FHIR request body while that body was still being read from the wire.
StagedContent.DocumentTooLargeException	Thrown when a single document exceeds the configured maximum size.
StagedContentRegistry	Holds the document content that has been split out of a FHIR request body before the body was handed to the FHIR parser, for the duration of one request.
